  • I live in Alabama and am glad about the imigration law. My husband just retired from the military and is having a hard time finding a job. I have no problem with people coming here legally, but illegal alliens shouldn't be getting jobs when veterans are having a hard time finding them.

  • Christopher- I was just stating that there was probably more to this than we know. Most men wouldn't divorce someone for something they did 70 years ago if they were living in marital bliss. You have to understand that this man is 99 years old and is most likely Catholic.

  • When I was in the military, we used to have pie in the face fundraisers to raise money for our squadron. I propose that Congress does the same thing. Pick one or two people from the house or senate each day to get a pie in the face.

  • Honestly, this isn't a tactical victory for the middle class. We just prolonged our debt a little longer and gave it to our children. The only victory for the middle class would be to close the loopholes on the rich and have those in lower tax brackets pay at least something.

  • I'm not a fan of high taxes, but if half the country isn't paying taxes, the rich have all these loopholes and we now have this wonderful health care bill (sarcasm)................how are we going to pay down the debt?
